Refund policy

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 15 days of your order date, otherwise we cannot offer a replacement or refund. 

RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you would like to return an item, please contact us for an RMA# prior to shipping a product back to us.  If we get a return with No RMA#, it will be shipped back to you.   Returns are for refund only, we do not offer exchanges. 

Certain Items will be Final Sale items and are not eligible for return.
